CARROLL THEATRE'S THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA HONORED WITH A SPECIAL BETTY BUCKLEY AWARD:

Carroll Theatre Department was honored at the Betty Lynn Buckley Awards on Thursday, May 22 at Casa Manana Theatre in Fort Worth. Casa Manana President, Denton Yockey, recognized Carroll Senior High School for promoting excellence in high school musical theatre in Tarrant County with their production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera. Attending the star-studded event were several cast members and parents. Accepting the award, pictured from left to right, are: Lou Ann Fisher, private vocal instructor, Stacie Martinsen & Roald Martinsen, Carroll Theatre Co-Directors, and Chris Hutchison, CSHS Choral Director and Orchestra Conductor for Phantom.
