National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts (NFAA)

For more than 25 years, the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts (NFAA) has been dedicated to nurturing and supporting young artists as they pursue their dreams.  NFAA’s youngARTS honors 600-800 high school students with scholarships and awards annually.  NFAA is the exclusive nominating agency for the Presidential Scholars in the Arts and supports young artists through its programs for alumni, including internships, grants, awards, and career development opportunities.

National Unified Auditions
Times and locations for auditions to undergraduate B.F.A. programs in Theatre including: Acting, Drama, Design (Scenery, Lighting, Costume, Sound, Make Up, etc), Musical Theatre, Musical Theatre Dance, Performance, Stage Management, Technical Direction, and Theatre Technology.

SWTFA (South Western Theatre and Film Association)
SWTFA’S mission is to provide networking, training and scholarship opportunities in theatre and film while promoting innovative and outstanding achievements. SWTFA fosters interaction and exchange among those engaged in all aspects of theatre and film through an annual conference, publications, advocacy and support for its constituency in Arkansas, Arizona, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.  Auditions are to be held in conjunction with the SWTFA Annual Conference on November 10 and 11, 2007, in Corpus Christi, TX.

T.E.T.A. (Texas Educational Theatre Association)
TETA is a non-profit organization whose primary objective is to promote the development and continuation of high quality theatre programs in Texas schools.

Texas Thespians
The Texas Thespians are students and their sponsors interested in all aspects of theatre and drama - from working backstage on scenery, costumes, make up, and props to singing, dancing, and acting on stage. We are an educational society dedicated to encouraging and improving the skills of drama students.
